How we handle your information.
This notice explains what information Turncurrent collects through this website and through work with organisations, why we use it and the choices you have. Last updated: 25 October 2026.
Who we are
Turncurrent is operated by TURNCURRENT LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17552733). TURNCURRENT LTD is the data controller for the website and organisational-service information described in this notice. The separate privacy information and confidential arrangements for personal therapy and coaching will be confirmed before those services open.
Contact: enquiries@turncurrent.co.uk. Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Company number: 17552733.
What this notice covers
Enquiries made through this website, and our work with organisations: speaking, workshops, facilitation, and leadership and team development. Personal therapy and coaching will have a separate notice, published before those services take enquiries online.
What we collect
When you enquire: your name, work email, organisation and what you would like help with, and, if you choose, timing and budget. When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address, subscription and confirmation status, signup source, and delivery and engagement data such as opens and clicks.
When we work together: work contact details, agreement and invoice details, and our correspondence.
For people taking part in sessions we run: attendance and, only if you choose to give it, feedback. If you need adjustments to take part, we will ask how to support you and keep that information separate and confidential.
Please do not send health information or sensitive details about employees or participants through the enquiry form.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal: because you asked us to, before any agreement, and in our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
To deliver and administer agreed work: to perform our agreement with your organisation, and in our legitimate interests.
To keep financial and tax records: because the law requires it.
To arrange accessibility support you ask for: with your explicit consent.
We do not sell personal information. We use your details to reply to enquiries, deliver agreed work, and, if you subscribe, send the Turncurrent newsletter and manage your subscription. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any edition. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, newsletter referral traffic and form interactions only if you choose “Accept analytics”. You can withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings.
Personal sessions and recording
For You: Recording, automated transcription and written client reports are never automatic. Any agreed report or AI processing follows the package scope and requires separate informed consent and verified confidential delivery.
New personal therapy and coaching enquiries and bookings remain closed while the confidential enquiry route and core service arrangements are completed.
A separate privacy notice will explain how personal enquiries and necessary practitioner records are handled before those services open. Please do not send personal or health information through the organisational enquiry form.
Who we share it with
Your organisation's named contact, limited to what the work needs; and service providers that handle information for us: Webflow (this website and its enquiry form), Cloudflare (a small automated service that checks each organisational enquiry came from our form and passes your name, work email, organisation and contact preference to Attio), Google Workspace (email, calendar and video meetings), Attio (organisational contact records and internal enquiry review), Beehiiv (newsletter subscriptions, subscriber management, email delivery and related analytics), and Google Analytics 4 (website analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies). The description, timing and budget you write in the enquiry form are not passed to Attio; they stay in Webflow and in our email. A no-contact request restricts replies and follow-up while allowing essential internal review. It does not delete the enquiry or become marketing consent. Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where they are, we rely on recognised safeguards required by applicable data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires, and then delete or anonymise it. Newsletter subscriber details are kept while you remain subscribed; we may retain a minimal suppression record after you unsubscribe so we can respect your choice and prevent further newsletter emails. For each organisational enquiry, our Cloudflare service keeps a short technical record (the submission reference, processing status, number of attempts and any error code, but not your name or message) so the same enquiry is not recorded twice; these replay records are deleted automatically after 30 days. Separately, to honour a no-contact request, Cloudflare keeps a one-way hash of your normalised email address, the enquiry reference and date; Attio shows a no-contact restriction. This is pseudonymous information, not anonymous data. We retain the minimum restriction record for as long as needed to prevent unwanted contact, and review it if you ask us to change it or exercise your data rights. A later enquiry does not automatically remove an earlier restriction. Cloudflare also keeps its own short-lived technical logs of the service for up to 7 days. Accessibility information is deleted after the session it was needed for. Enquiries that do not lead to work are not kept longer than necessary to review and, where permitted, respond and follow up. If you would like to know how long we hold something specific, please ask.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, withdraw consent you have given, and in some cases ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Email enquiries@turncurrent.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
