Where would you like to begin?

Two pathways, with different next steps. Choose the one that fits your needs.

For You

Psychotherapy, counselling, transformational coaching and specialist personal support. Read about the services while new enquiries remain closed.

For Organisations

Leadership, workshops, facilitation, speaking and organisational coaching. Tell us about the change you want to make.

Discuss Your Needs

For You

For You services are not accepting new enquiries or bookings; the private suitability route and free 20-minute conversation are not active. When the route opens, the conversation will help you consider fit, session options, fees, confidentiality and next steps before deciding. This page, form and general mailbox are for organisational enquiries only. Do not send For You enquiries, health information or sensitive personal details here.

For Organisations

For organisational enquiries, tell us the audience, issue, purpose and timing. If you permit a reply, I aim to respond within two working days. If the brief looks suitable, we can arrange a free, no-obligation discovery conversation to clarify the scope, then prepare a written proposal before you commit.

A few sentences is enough: the audience, the issue and what you hope to achieve.

Contact about this enquiry

This choice applies to this enquiry only, not marketing. If you choose no contact, we will review your enquiry internally without replying or following up. An earlier no-contact request remains in place until you explicitly ask us to review it.

This form is only for organisational enquiries. Share only what is needed to understand the brief. Do not include health information or other sensitive personal details about employees or participants. We use your details to review this enquiry and respect your contact choice.

Read how we handle your information

Thank you. Your organisational enquiry has been received for review. If you permitted a reply and no earlier no-contact restriction applies, I aim to respond by email within two working days. If you chose no contact, or an earlier restriction remains, we will review it internally without replying or following up.

Your enquiry could not be sent. Please try again, or email enquiries@turncurrent.co.uk about organisational work only. Do not send personal or clinical details.

What happens next?

I aim to review your brief within two working days and will respect your contact choice. If you permit a reply and it appears to fit, we can arrange a free, no-obligation discovery conversation to clarify the audience, goals, scope, deliverables and timing. You then receive a written proposal setting out the fee, travel/expenses and VAT treatment before work is confirmed. If the form reports an error, email enquiries@turncurrent.co.uk about organisational work only. Do not send personal or clinical details.

Questions before you enquire?

You can explore an idea without committing to a programme. Here are answers to common commissioning questions.

What if our budget is limited?

Published fees are guides. A written proposal explains the work included and separates design, delivery and follow-up. Where appropriate, we can discuss a smaller, clearly scoped first engagement without promising an automatic discount.

How do we know this is right for us?

Start with the result you want and the people involved. We can clarify whether coaching, facilitation, a workshop or an offsite fits — or say when another approach might work better. Historical founder experience is not presented as a new Turncurrent contract or guaranteed result.

What if we need internal approval?

Tell us which budget, procurement or decision criteria matter. A proposal can set out objectives, scope, timings, deliverables, fees and boundaries. Supplier details are confirmed rather than assumed.

How will we judge success?

We can agree meaningful objectives and a review point before delivery. Wider organisational outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

What about confidentiality?

For employer-funded coaching, an employer does not automatically receive private coaching-session notes or disclosures. Appropriate sponsor reporting and data boundaries must be agreed before work starts.

What if the timing isn't right?

There is no obligation to proceed. We can reconnect at a date you request, or close the enquiry and respect your decision not to be contacted.
