How this work is commissioned
Each proposal specifies the facilitation role and the work required. Delivery of an existing programme, writing original learning materials, bespoke research and design, a multi-day retreat and later coaching can be commissioned separately or together. Preparation, facilitation days, travel, accommodation, revisions and any usage or licensing rights are scoped and costed transparently before agreement.

Engagements can include discovery, tailored session design, on-site facilitation, practical reflection and agreed follow-through. Scope and deliverables are confirmed in a proposal.
Delivery formats and arrangements
We can contribute to an existing leadership programme or create a bespoke experience. The commissioning brief confirms the facilitator role, materials, delivery location and any coaching follow-through.
UK and international commissions are welcome. Travel, accommodation and delivery arrangements are agreed in advance.

Specialist and associate facilitation
Turncurrent can design bespoke sessions or contribute as an associate facilitator to programmes that already have learning materials and a delivery team. Jarell's historical Henley residential programme was delivered as one of three facilitators using commissioner-prepared materials.
