Not sure whether therapy or coaching fits?

Therapy offers space to explore distress, difficult experiences and patterns that keep returning. Coaching focuses on choices, goals and practical change. If you are unsure, you do not have to decide alone or share your whole story just to ask which kind of support may fit.

Therapy and counselling

Consider therapy if you want space to make sense of difficult feelings or experiences, identity, relationships or patterns affecting your wellbeing. Planned monthly subscriptions: £150 for one 50-minute session, £300 for two, or £570 for four (save £30).

Coaching

Consider coaching if a decision, transition, leadership responsibility or goal is in front of you. Personal coaching starts at £175/month for one 60-minute session; self-funded leadership and founder coaching starts at £250/month. Choose one, two or four sessions per month; four gives a 5% saving. Workplace-sponsored leadership coaching is scoped and quoted separately.

Still unsure?

The free 20-minute first conversation, when available, helps you clarify what you want support with, consider whether therapy or coaching might fit, ask about fees, monthly rhythm, confidentiality and next steps. It is a chance to make an informed choice, not a sales commitment. It is not therapy or coaching, diagnosis or crisis support.
