FOR ORGANISATIONS · COACHING PARTNERSHIPS
Consistent, thoughtful coaching that takes account of the person, their work and the organisational conditions around them. Turncurrent offers retained coaching partnerships for organisations seeking a trusted specialist relationship over time.
Discuss a coaching partnershipA partnership may support employee professional development, leadership and management transitions, career decisions, communication, professional confidence and sustainable ways of working. Workplace wellbeing is approached within the scope of coaching, not as psychotherapy, counselling, diagnosis or clinical treatment.
Space for professional reflection, transitions, choices, communication and career development.
Thoughtful challenge and support for managers, executives and emerging leaders.
Coaching conversations on boundaries, work pressures and sustainable professional practices.
A structured space for peers to reflect and learn together around agreed development goals.
Retained coaching is scoped around the agreed number of participants and coaching hours, the contract period, confidentiality boundaries and limited sponsor coordination. A three-month pilot is available for qualified organisational discussion. Your written proposal confirms all session allocations, full fees, invoicing, VAT treatment, scheduling and cancellation terms. No unrestricted sessions or compulsory paid diagnostic.
Request a coaching partnership proposalWe begin with the commissioning brief, agreed goals and the number of people requiring support. A written proposal sets the coaching capacity, time period, session arrangements, sponsor contact, fees, reporting limits and review points. Employees receive their own coaching terms and a clear explanation of confidentiality before participating.
An employer funding coaching does not gain access to private session notes, recordings or personal disclosures. Any sponsor reporting is limited to what is separately agreed and appropriate.
Founder Jarell Bempong combines transformational coaching training, culturally conscious practice and leadership facilitation. In a historical Henley Business School-linked programme, he was allocated nine of 18 coaching participants with 27 contracted one-hour coaching equivalents. This was earlier founder delivery, not a Turncurrent commission or Henley endorsement.
Available as a separately scoped organisational partnership, with the number of sessions and duration agreed in advance. Fees are confirmed through a proposal.
