You receive the contracted sessions and any agreed reports, materials or follow-up. The proposal states what the coachee receives, whether the sponsor receives an update, and how progress will be reviewed. Confidential session content is not automatically shared with the employer. Outcomes are not guaranteed.
Experience.
Jarell's earlier commissioned work includes workplace coaching for nine assigned participants and a separately scoped retreat within a wider Henley Business School programme. The wider engagement combined coaching and retreat work; it is not a coaching-only fee or a current price. Current workplace coaching is commissioned separately, while broader programmes are scoped to the brief. This is historical founder delivery, not a Henley institutional endorsement.
